Where does the jackpot come from?
From creator fees. Pons pays the token creator a share of every trade; part of that goes into the daily pot. The pot wallet is public and its balance is read from the chain.
Is the roll fair?
Nobody chooses it. The multiplier is derived from the last 8 hex digits of the buy's transaction hash, which isn't known until the transaction exists. Anyone can recompute it.
Does a 25× roll pay 25× my buy?
No. The multiplier is a score for the daily leaderboard, not a payout. Only the day's top roll receives the jackpot.
